Why Spine Health Matters

Your spine supports you through nearly every movement you make—from walking, working and playing to lifting, reaching and enjoying your favourite activities.

Spine health is not about moving perfectly. It is about staying active, building healthy habits and finding ways to keep moving throughout your life.

World Spine Day is an opportunity to celebrate what our bodies can do and learn simple ways to support healthy movement every day.
